Bright Inhabited Lives turned one year old this weekend!
Throughout this eventful year, it’s been such a joy to share these words with others in a variety of settings. From contemplative gatherings, to summer evening readings, to writers group meetings, and much more, I’ve delighting in hearing which poems meet each of my readers with a spark of understanding or lead them into their own acts of ekphrastic wordplay.
To celebrate this one-year milestone, I’m going to be posting a few readings this week paired with the artwork which inspired it. I hope you’ll follow along and find new inspiration in your own creative practice.
